ZOOM On In!

Due to being bombarded by a repeating cycle of snowstorms, the quilters in Arnold, CA, cannot hold their Monday meetings at the “Hall.”

We have a brief break in the weather today and tomorrow, then another storm rolls in for the weekend and most of the next week. This means our Monday meeting will be held on ZOOM. Again. Don’t get me wrong, we have a lot of laughs, get some business done, and are able to visit with and see each other.

Alas, not all members are able to ZOOM. Only 25% of members come to a ZOOM meeting. This makes me sad. I would love to see at least half of our members zooming into a meeting.

That being said…
All that you need is a computer that is connected to the internet (if you use email, you are connected) and to contact Jodi, who will walk you through the easy steps to connect to our ZOOM meeting.

I double-dog dare you!

Announcement Update

Looking Forward to This!

Nothing has changed about the Early Bird Prize. True, the basket is not available to look at, yet. Think of the prize as a surprise!

If you have not renewed your membership for 2023 yet, but want a chance for the “wonderful stuff” – mail it (or hand it to Karen Wallace) before December 19. Karen is collecting the early birds and marking the envelopes by the date received.

Over the holiday break, we will get everything checked in and tallied. The drawing will be held on the first Monday morning yours truly can attend. Most likely in January. Think of it as time we can shop for more stuff for the basket 🙂
