  1. I would like to enter a quilt/an art piece into the faire. Do I need to be a member to enter? Is there an entry fee? What are the requirements ?
    Thank you.

    1. Robyn,
You do not have to be a member of our guild to submit an entry, and there is no entry fee. The entry form is 2 pages: One has all the instructions and requirements and the second page has the form you submit.
When the 2019 form is final, I post it on the website in the side-bar and it can be downloaded. You can request the form be both emailed, or snail mailed to you as well.

  2. This may be a silly question, but will there be quilts for sale? I just got back from PA and went to Lancaster to look at Amish Quilts. I decided to wait to purchase because my heart belongs to Dorrington/Arnold area. I’d rather purchase a quilt made here.
    Thank you in advance.

    1. Kristi,
Your question is not silly! There will be a variety of beautiful and diverse quilts for sale in our Boutique. The main showroom (Music Room) quilts, wall hangings, etc. are for display only. If you fall in love with one displayed there, any sale between you and the owner is fine with IHQ, but it has to take place after the show is over and all the quilts have been returned to their owners.

    1. Jeannine,
My apologies for not checking our comments this morning. I’m glad you got the pdf. I believe we have spaces available, but I can give you our contact person for Vendor information:
      Mary Sue Budrow (408) 315-5751, email: MSbudrow9@gmail.com

If Mary is not available, (vacation, or whatever) please send me an email at Guild@ihquilters.com and I will get that information for you.

      Thank you for your patience,

      Jodi Lea Greenfield, President

  3. Hello I sent in a application and payment, but haven’t heard anything back. My name is Melissa Johnson, and my company name is Ravens Rose Candle Company. My mother was always wondering about her application. Her name is Patricia Boyer, her business is Little Princess Doll Creations. If you could let me know the status of both applications I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.

  4. Can’t access the vendor application form, is it a separate link. Tried under vendor ap, but it just opened the advertisement for it

  5. Carolyn,
We do update our events with NCQC, so this is a surprise.
I certainly appreciate your effort to mention us in your newsletter and website, and thank you so much for alerting me to this error!
