That is what our quilters guild calendar said on Feb 12th. After listing our usual announcements, and the day’s activities, there it was. In bold print – Bring Chocolate to Share
We did – and then some. Even the Hershey twins joined us and passed out Hershey’s mini candy bars.
They were a surprise – not on our calendar.
For Sew & Tell we had these quilts on the walls:
Deanna Hoy’s T-shirt quilt – made from her brother’s rock & roll concert T-shirts. Quilted by RoxAnne Borean.
The following items on the wall do not have photos (yet):
Eileen Roberson. Black and tan, rectangles made from free-table scraps.
Pat Gomes. Raggedy Quilts one from Country Cloth Class, two from free table.
This quilt is a collage of California’s National Parks. Linda Van B. made it. [She may be hiding behind it]
♥ TTFN ♥
The quilt that Linda Van B. was holding is not a collage of national parks it features graphics related to the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway commissioned to celebrate receiving the Scenic Byway designation for the portion of California Highway 4 between Arnold and Markleeville.
