The Calaveras County Fairgrounds are a relatively new venue to us, but we are working hard to ensure our show is of the same high quality. It features a range of traditional bed quilts, art quilts (also known as wall hangings), wearable art, dolls, and needlework.
We also have many vendors on-site with quality quilting merchandise and goodies for non-quilting visitors.
Our annual Raffle to win the year’s “Scholarship Quilt” takes place on Sunday, at the close of Faire, 3:30 pm.

I would like to enter a quilt/an art piece into the faire. Do I need to be a member to enter? Is there an entry fee? What are the requirements ?
Thank you.

Robyn,
You do not have to be a member of our guild to submit an entry, and there is no entry fee. The entry form is 2 pages: One has all the instructions and requirements and the second page has the form you submit.
When the 2019 form is final, I post it on the website in the side-bar and it can be downloaded. You can request the form be both emailed, or snail mailed to you as well.

Do you have a list of the vendors? I’m trying to locate the rhinestone custom T shirt vendor. Thanks for your help.

Now, can anyone tell me the name and a way to contact the wonderful seamstress who had the American Girl outfits?

That would be Dana Osterlund now (dorringtondana@gmail.com). Our former doll seamstress, Nancy Barnes retired a few years ago.
