 One application and one photograph per entry. Entries will not be accepted without a photo. When making
a hardcopy application, write your name & quilt name on the back of each photo.
 After completion of the application, you can send it by US mail or turn it in at a meeting.
 Measure and record your measurements accurately!
 Please rank your entry in order of importance (In case we cannot hang all entries received)
 All entries (except dolls, needle art, and wearable art) MUST have a 4” sleeve at the top for hanging. Fold a 9”

 Sew a fabric label with the item title and your name to the bottom back corner, either side.

 Entrants will be judged by those attending the faire. Viewer’s Choice Ribbons will be awarded.

that receipt to claim your item(s). No item will be returned without a receipt.
 The show will close at 4:00 PM on Sunday, Oct 18th, when we will start taking down the quilts. Starting at
approximately 4:30 pm, people picking up quilts will be allowed in, a few at a time. Pick up will end at 5:30 pm
