A born and raised New Englander, I moved to Southern California in 1980 for a 3-month, temporary assignment – and never left!  After retiring to Copperopolis a few years ago, I was told of a quilt group in Arnold that I should look into.  I did, and found a wonderful, welcoming group of women that I wanted to join.  I’ve always loved all types of crafts.  This group has given me the vehicle and incentive to drag out all that fabric I’d been collecting so that I wouldn’t be bored in retirement.
